Sea Trows are a type of troll that lives on the bottom of the ocean. While they tend to be mischievous, they are not malevolent creatures. They're also known for their phosphorescence; i.e., they glow in the dark after uv charge.
Happily tucked into their ocean environment, complete with seabed plants, sand, seaglass, shells, and barnacles (all real components).
